Bienvenido y bienvenida
Somos Aventuras Tierra Verde, un operador turístico sostenible con sede en Costa Rica, fundado en 1995 por dos expatriados alemanes. Nuestra oficina se encuentra en la hermosa Ciudad Colón, a unos 30 minutos de la turbulenta capital de San José.
Nuestro equipo internacional, formado actualmente por 15 costarricenses y alemanes, se ha propuesto hacer realidad las vacaciones de sus sueños en Costa Rica.
En particular nuestras diferencias culturales son nuestro punto fuerte, ya que sabemos exactamente lo que espera el cliente, pero también lo que hace vibrar a los ticos.
Desde 2012, Tierra Verde cuenta con la categoría 5 de la certificación de sostenibilidad CST. Además, desde 2016, somos un operador turístico certificado por Rainforest Alliance. En este sentido, cumplimos con los criterios de sostenibilidad globales reconocidos internacionalmente. Y no es todo, en 2016, recibimos un galardón de 4 estrellas en el programa ecológico “Bandera Azul”.

Planificamos cuidadosamente las rutas en función del número de participantes y seleccionamos a los proveedores de servicios y las regiones según criterios de calidad y sostenibilidad. Además, proporcionamos a nuestros huéspedes información detallada sobre los esfuerzos ecológicos y sociales de Costa Rica, incluyendo el trabajo de los residentes y las ONG en el país.

También buscamos un entorno de trabajo seguro y estable para nuestros empleados y sus familias. Respondemos a las consultas y reservas en un plazo máximo de 24 horas. Lo hacemos por correo electrónico o fax, en el idioma del cliente. Además del español e inglés, muchos empleados hablan alemán. Ya sea en viajes individuales o en grupo, pensamos en nuestros huéspedes en todo momento. Nos esforzamos para que su viaje a Costa Rica sea inolvidable. La planificación y preparación del viaje son muy importantes para nosotros. También brindamos información detallada y atención a los pequeños detalles. Ofrecemos un servicio de urgencias 24 horas en alemán e inglés. Este servicio ayuda en caso de problemas, sin burocracia.

Personally, I have a fondness for Puerto Viejo Limon, Zona Sur, and Santa Teresa, especially the stunning beach areas.

In my experience of places in Costa Rica, my favorite would undoubtedly be the Arenal Volcano, which has a lot of biodiversity of wild plants and animals, and the views of the volcano are spectacular.
